You can prevent the bones feel stiff when you wake up in the morning by way of physical activity in the afternoon. Most people are busy, they do not do a lot of physical activity in the afternoon, just sitting in front of a computer or in front of the work piling up, so that when you wake up in the morning, your body will feel sore or stiff. For those of you who love to watch TV, change your sitting position every few minutes, motion-movement of the neck, stretch your foot and occasionally, walk.
